YOGA BOXING

Our yoga-boxing classes blend the art of yoga with the skill of boxing, creating a unique and dynamic workout experience. The class begins with stretching using the sun salutation and other postures, to strengthen our core and balance our body over our arms.
In the second half of the class, we put on our boxing gloves and focus on developing effortless punches, using our body movements to guide our arms. We engage in partner games and learn new skills while training our body to move in a completely different and effortless way.

This class is perfect for individuals seeking a cardio-intensive workout in a short amount of time. The playful and enjoyable nature of the class makes time pass quickly.
