ABOUT ELIZABETH

Elizabeth SAETIA began learning Tai Ji Quan at the Yang Original school in 1998, starting as a hobby that quickly turned into a passion and transformed her life. She pursued intensive practice and internships, and eventually came to see Tai Ji Quan as an art of living and philosophy that she adheres to every day.

After two years of practice and theory, it became clear that Tai Ji Quan would play a central role in her life. Motivated by the desire to share her experience and passion with others, Elizabeth naturally turned to teaching.
In the year 2000, Elizabeth started her professional training in Chinese internal and energy arts with Jean-Michel CHOMET, she will study for 5 years the following disciplines:
- XING YI QUAN (Boxe de la Forme et de l’Intention)
- BA GUA ZHANG (Paume des Huit Trigrammes)
- TAI JI QUAN (Boxe du Faîte Suprême), forme Yang, Wudang & Liu Ti
- ZHAN ZHUANG GONG
In 2001, Elizabeth started a further training with Bob LOWEY
- DAO YIN YANG SHEN GONG
- WUDANG TAI JI QUAN
- SAN SHOU
In 2009, Elizabeth started a training of Cheng Hsin, the art of power effortlessly with Peter RALSTON
- Completion of Degree 1 in July 2013
- Successful completion of Degree 2 in July 2016
- Completed Degree 3 in April 2019
- Kyu 18 obtained in July 2021
