TAI CHI CHUAN / TAI JI QUAN

Our Tai Ji classes begin with a warm-up exercise that aims to relax the body, followed by the teaching of the Cheng Hsin Mini Set Tai Chi form. This includes a variety of postures that encourage the body to find the most balanced and relaxed way of executing them, incorporating the principles of body-being and effortless power. In addition, we also learn the Tai Chi San Shou, a two-person set that teaches us how to move with a partner and develop effective interaction skills such as listening, following, feeling, balancing, and joining.
