Come join us in our Cheng Hsin classes where we practice the art of effortless power and effective interaction. Our training focuses on using our inherent strength and learning different drills, techniques, and games while incorporating the basic 5 principles of being and the 7 structural points as our guidelines. We learn to move both stationary and dynamically in all techniques, as well as in a relaxed and effortless manner through space, whether alone or with a partner.
