FUNCTIONAL BREATHING
During this workshop, we will focus on developing awareness of our breath and learn to measure its functionality at rest and in motion. By using techniques from Oxygen Advantage and other practices, we will have a variety of tools to reset our breathing patterns when necessary.
Breathing plays a crucial role in our health, as it impacts our autonomic nervous system (ANS), which constantly communicates with the brain and heart throughout the day. In fact, many health issues arise from poor breathing habits. Therefore, cultivating a functional breathing habit is essential for maintaining a healthy body and mind.
The workshop will provide both theoretical and practical knowledge regarding breathing and the autonomic nervous system.
