TAI CHI CHUAN - TAI JI QUAN

During our workshop, we will focus on learning a Tai Ji set that emphasizes moving effectively and effortlessly from one posture to another. A key aspect of this training will be developing a deep understanding of balance and alignment, as without these, we would need to rely on muscular force.

To achieve this, we will begin by training our body with the 12-movement set on both sides before progressing to the more complex 64-movement set.
